Finally, straighten your legs by getting them back to your hands. Return to the start position by dropping your head. You need to repeat all of these steps at least three to four times.

To begin with, you need to stand straight with your arms on the sides. As you inhale, raise your arms and place them in the palm to palm position. Then as you exhale, gain a seating position at 45 degrees. You need to stay in each area for about 15 to 20 seconds and then do a repetition.
